Photos of Daniel & Stacy performing at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall

Daniel & Stacy performed last Sunday in the "Charity Concert on Dream Fulfillment" at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, organized by the Taipei Dental Association. Planning of the event was made by Inter-Culture & Arts Association. They grouped five types of dance including belly dance, tap dance, tango, flamenco and salsa into one single program, quite an innovative idea. This was also the first time for Daniel & Stacy to perform at the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall. Albums of two of the photographers are already online. Very nice pictures! Look them up for yourself:

The same program is scheduled to be performed again in middle of November. Details to be announced later.

Lindsay Lohan gets her tango on

Apparently, there will be a new tango movie called "Dare to Love Me" to be released next year, costarring Lindsay Lohan. The movie will be about Carlos Gardel and a prostitute he has a romance with. Check here for more information. Thanks to Dino for the share.

~ No dancing experience required; no partner required. If you can walk, you can dance tango, no kidding!

Time: Starting on Oct. 13th every Saturday afternoon at 2:00-3:30 pm. Total 8 lessons.

Fee: Discount price of NT2500 if registered and paid before October 11th (included). NT2800 if paid afterwards.

Tango lessons over the weekend to be suspended due to Krosa typhoon

The following lessons will be suspended:

- Oct. 5th 6:30 pm beginners session at Fortress Cafe to be postponed until Oct. 12th.
- Oct. 6th 2 pm beginners lesson to be postponed until Oct. 13th.
- Oct. 6th practica and intermediate lesson to be suspended
- Oct. 7th improvers lesson, practica and advanced practica to be suspended.
